We research the freight cost for each individual order and pass the best price on to you. You are encouraged to email

before placing your order; just email your zip or postal code and the model your
are interested in. Or you can place your order and we will confirm the shipping cost with you before processing your order. Again simply email for a quote,
give us your zip and model number. Mention whether we are delivering to a commercial or residential location and whether you will need the lift gate service to get the splitter off the delivery truck.
With international orders any government fees, taxes, duty etc is between you and your government.
A note about sales tax. Regular sales tax will be added only if we are shipping to a location in Georgia..

engines, Haldex Barnes pumps, Prince control valves, thick-walled hydraulic
cylinders with added sealing capabilities, and machined tool steel splitting
wedges. All hydraulic cylinders, valves, and tanks are built to our rugged

Lift Gate Delivery Service
Our standard freight service is "to the back of the semi-truck" at your location. This is the standard for freight delivery. Some people would prefer to have their splitter unloaded for them which we offer for a small additional charge as trucking companies charge extra for this service.

Brave Log Splitter Parts:
For a quote for major parts like motors, pumps,
cylinders send an email to nancy@sellcom.com
and include your full address (so we can calculate shipping) and the model of
your splitter and as many numbers from it as you can find on it so that we can
quote you the correct part as all parts are special order. For older splitters
an emailed photo can be helpful. The more information you send, the
better.

product also has a Full Two Year WARRANTY and is really a "what you see is
what you get" product with a great reputation.
* IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: We have had excellent results with our shipping and ship our units insured. HOWEVER, as with all heavy equipment shipped by freight it is essential that you examine your unit for shipping damage BEFORE signing off on it. If you sign for it as "undamaged" then we might not be able help you if it was damaged during shipping. If you have any concerns then demand the shipper document them before you sign off. If you sign that any product is undamaged then you may take responsibility if it was. Our shipping is "freight" shipping to the back of the truck at your location (assuming a semi can get to your location, see below). Stated shipping is to "normal" delivery areas; if you are in an extremely remote area you probably know that already, eh? There will be an additional shipping charge if you require special delivery options like "liftgate". If this is a concern to you then email nancy@sellcom.com with your full address for a shipping quote before ordering. Anyone refusing a shipment will be charged a minimum $225 shipping plus handling and restocking fees. * There are some remote and island areas that are extremely expensive to ship to. Generally those folks know who they are. In those cases we will contact you for permission before charging you for shipping. Of course with international orders any charges, duties, taxes etc. charged by your government are between you and your government. |
