We only sell the very best at SELLCOM.  We use the MCP Minuteman 2000E and 1000E series ourselves here at SELLCOM.  This is a true online system that completely isolates your equipment from the power co or a generator.  These units work quite well with generator power.   This is not your average UPS.  We were in Durham NC and had to run on generator power for over 6 days when the ice storm of Dec 2002 hit.  Our Minuteman MCP2000 didn't miss a beat during the blackout.  Brownouts are not even noticed now.

This  only covers  the original system ordered online and requires a confirmation form with a customer signature. (we email you the form to sign and FAX back to us and then we email you a RA number and return address). All returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number. This guarantee is only for systems delivered to the US.
