Overnight shipping (from NEXT business day) is $65 to US48 for most orders
on this page. Larger orders can be higher for overnight. Our
cutoff time is generally 5-6pm Eastern time for next day shipping (note that
the warehouse does not ship until the next business day). We ship
overnight routinely and reliably but cannot be responsible for things beyond
our control. Your ship to address MUST be on file with your credit
card company (generally just call the 800 number on your credit card to add
one if it differs from your billing address). Providing us the 800
number from your card in the comments field at the end of your order can
also save time.

advertised pricing have a 14 day (from date of delivery) return
policy. SELLCOM reserves the right to charge a $25
shipping/handling charge (or actual cost if greater) for returns or
cancellations. Shipping is free only if you keep the
product. (You simply need to notify us within that 14 day
period of your request for RA. Your RA number is then good for 20 days
to give you plenty of time.) This only covers products ordered with
the original system at the same time and requires a confirmation form with a
customer signature. (we email you the form to sign and FAX back to us and
then we email you a RA number and return address). All returns must
be pre-approved and require a RA number. This guarantee is only for systems
delivered to the US. Merchandise must be returned in new condition in
original packaging with all cords, manuals etc. All
returns must be pre-approved and require a RA number.
Accessories batteries and headsets are not returnable. 90 day
hotswap warranty may require a signed form confirming responsibility
for returning defective unit complete (though we pay the shipping).

your card if the defective unit is not returned as agreed. Also tech
support may need to confirm that your unit has a warranty issue. Other
than that it is pretty simple, we send you a brand new unit and pick up the
